WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept AfterPay, ZipPay (by request), LAYBUY, credit/debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer.

AfterPay is also available to NZ customers.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns due to "change of mind". Once the order is shipped we can no longer issue a refund or replacement. Order cancellations will occur a fee of 10%. Sale items can not be returned for a refund or exchange.

If the items are damaged during shipping, please provide proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving your package. You will receive a refund on the broken items. 

The item must be returned, at customers expense with a tracking number. 
Returns must be received within 7 days.

We are not responsible for any item lost in the mail. If tracking states that the item has been delivered, we are not held accountable if your package goes missing.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We aim to despatch orders within 1-3 business days.


Sometimes there will be cases in which this is impossible or unforseen. In which we will be contact you to discuss your options. 

All orders come with a tracking number which is emailed to you.
We use Australia Post for our postal needs.

Express: 2-3 Days

 

QLD, VIC: 3-5 Days
Express: 2-3 Days

S.A: 5-7 Days
Express: 2-3 Days

 

N.T: 8-11+ Days
Express: 4-6 Days

TAS: 5-8 Days
Express: 2-4 Days

W.A: 7-10 Days
Express: 3-4 Days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is now available for UK, USA, Canada and New Zealand. There is a flat rate of $35AUD for shipping to these countries.

 

All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Please be aware that any VAT charges are the responsibility of you (the customer). 

 

Standard delivery times are between 20-30 days. During the current pandemic these times can be longer.
 

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR CRYSTALS FROM?

Our crystals come from all over the world from ethically sourced suppliers. 80% of our crystals have been hand-picked to bring you one-of-a-kind high-quality pieces. When it isn't possible to hand-pick the crystals, we then purchase from highly respectable Australian wholesalers.

MY CRYSTALS AREN'T PERFECT?

Crystals are formed within the earth and as such imperfections will occur. This just adds to their beauty and story.

They may also look slightly different from that which you see on your screen due to camera angle and lighting used in photographing the crystals.

DOES MY CRYSTAL COME WITH A STAND?

WILL CRYSTALS CURE ME?

Unless stated, your crystal will not come with a stand. 

Crystals are not meant for a cure, but to help align your body, de-stress your mind and lift your spirit. 
Crystals should in no way replace the advice given by a medical professional. Do not stop taking your prescribed medication unless advised by your doctor.
